Terms of Use
Effective date: October 5, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to the Ganymedus website and service (“Service”) provided by Lingua Intellegens (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you may accept these Terms for it, and the organization is the “Customer”.
1. The Service
Ganymedus is an AI-assisted service for planning, delegating and verifying work, measuring results, transcribing and searching meetings and notes, and running AI team agents. Features may evolve, be added or be removed; we will not remove a core feature a paying Customer relies on without reasonable notice.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and tell us promptly about unauthorized access. One account may belong to several independent workspaces. Workspace owners and administrators control who has access to the workspace and its data.
3. Your content and data protection
You keep ownership of what you put into Ganymedus. You give us the rights needed to host, process and transmit it only to provide, secure and support the Service. For personal data in a workspace the Customer is the controller and we are its processor under the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these Terms. You confirm you have the notices, consents and legal basis needed for the data you add, including telling employees how Ganymedus is used (see our notice template).
4. Meetings, recordings and mailboxes
Before recording, transcribing or analyzing a meeting, or connecting mailboxes and audit logs, give the notice and obtain the permission the law requires. Do not use these features where they are not allowed.
5. AI output and human responsibility
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review plans, evaluations, summaries and proposed actions before relying on them. Consequential actions (commitments of people, messages sent outside the company, payments) wait for a person's approval. Ganymedus does not make employment decisions and is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, employment or medical advice; you remain responsible for those decisions.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, mislead people about AI identity, bypass permissions, distribute malware, probe or disrupt security, scrape the Service at unreasonable scale, or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on people without the safeguards and human review the law requires.
7. Integrations and agents
Services you connect are governed by their providers' terms, and you are responsible for the access you grant them and for what you ask AI team agents to do. Do not put passwords or keys in ordinary instructions.
8. Fees and AI usage
Paid plans have a base fee and AI usage charged by what the workspace's AI work actually costs, as shown at purchase and in your workspace, plus applicable taxes. Each workspace has a daily AI allowance; when it is used up, AI features pause until the next day (00:00 UTC) while the rest of the Service keeps working. Unless the law requires otherwise or stated at purchase, fees already charged are not refunded.
9. Suspension, termination and your data
You may stop using the Service at any time; a workspace owner can export all of the workspace's data and delete it in Settings (it closes at once and is removed for good after 30 days, so a mistake can be undone). We may suspend access when reasonably necessary because of non-payment, a security risk, unlawful use, a material breach or harm to the Service or others, with notice and a chance to fix it where practical. After termination we delete Customer data as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, software, branding and documentation belong to us or our licensors. Apart from the right to use the Service under these Terms, no intellectual-property rights pass to you.
11. Availability and warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent the law allows. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or correct AI output. Rights that cannot legally be excluded stay unaffected.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or decisions made from AI output, and our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
13. Changes
We will tell workspace owners about material changes to these Terms before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that is acceptance where the law allows.
14. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes go to its competent courts, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise. Questions: [email protected]; privacy: [email protected].
